At Little Acorns, our mission is to provide an environment and relationships that nurture growth for not only the child but their family/whānau, the staff and the wider community.

We provide full day, quality care and education for children 3 months to school age.

We offer WINZ subsides and 24 ECE hours for 3-5 year olds.

Our license is for 62 children at any one time. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7.30am – 5.30pm.

As a part of our emphasis on nurturing growth, we offer lower than Ministry required, teacher-child ratios with a high ratio of staff being qualified, registered early childhood teachers. 

Under 2 ratio: 1:3        

2 years to 4 years ratio: 1:6

Over 4 ratio: 1:7
